This is a second annual event for everyone in Victoria to enjoy the warmth of its community😊
Hot Chocolate Festival starts off on February 1st, 2025, for the month-long run. This event has a fundraiser in support of the BC SPCA Victoria Community Animal Center with $1 from each hot chocolate sold being donated to charity.
