The Royal BC Museum is now holding the exhibition of Global Threads, a fascinating world of colour and India’s vibrant cottons that inspired global fashion trends. This exhibition features 80 objects of vivid textiles and innovative designs, presents a historical, cultural and economic framework for Indian chintz from 13^th century archaeological fragments to modern days prolific clothmakers.
